How long does the booking process take?
The booking process can take up to 48 hours depending on payment method confirmation.

Our system only allows one payment method for booking a reservation.
How do I edit or remove a payment method?
This feature yet to be added in a seamless manner and will be available in the future. Otherwise email email@example.com and we can setup a time to call you and get that information changed over the phone.
Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested changes and we will get back to you within 24 hours if we are able to accommodate your requested changes.
How do I cancel a reservation request?
Feel free to reach out to email@example.com and we will get your reservation cancelled. Please provide the curtesy of cancelling at least 48 hours in advance of the booking date.
How do I check the status of my reservation?
Your confirmation email has all relevant information on your booking, if you are waiting for a request to be approved, once a request is approved another email is automatically sent informing you of this.
How do I find my reservation?
Your confirmation email has all this relevant information, if you have deleted this email please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send another email to the original email that the booking was made with.
When am I charged for a reservation?
You are charged for your reservation when you make the reservation.
